Thank you for choosing Gubabug! We are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your package will be handled.

1. Delivery Timeframe

Because we source high-quality products globally to offer you the best possible prices, our standard shipping times are as follows:

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 7 to 18 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

  • Please note: Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays. While most packages arrive within this window, occasional customs checks or transit delays can happen.

2. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed, packed, and ready to hand over to our shipping carriers within 1 to 3 business days.

  • If you place an order during weekends or major holidays, your processing time will begin on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery.

  • Tracking details can sometimes take 48–72 hours after dispatch to update and show active movement in the system.

4. Correct Shipping Address

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and valid shipping address at the time of checkout.

  • We cannot modify a shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Gubabug is not responsible for packages that are stolen from your porch, doorstep, or mailbox after they have been officially marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.

  • If your tracking status shows your item was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your local postal service or carrier directly to file a claim.
